Registration Fee: ₹100 (non‑refundable) to join the platform. Co‑Organiser Fee: Your equal share of venue, marketing, and operations costs. Service Charge: A small percentage for AI targeting, matchmaking, and analytics.
6Is the registration fee for lifetime?
One Year. once registered, you can participate in multiple events without paying the ₹100 again.
7Do I have to pay extra for marketing?
No — marketing costs are included in the shared co‑organiser fee.

9Is booking & service charge refundable?
If the event is cancelled by us: 100% refund. If you withdraw after confirmation: Non‑refundable.
10How do I become a co‑organiser?
Register on our platform. Select an upcoming event or propose a venue. Pay your share of the costs once the group is confirmed.
11When do I have to make the payment?
After the minimum number of co‑organisers for a venue is confirmed.
12How can I refer & earn?
Share your referral link with other MSMEs / Participants. Earn a fixed bonus or credit for each confirmed co‑organiser you bring in.
13How many minimum co‑organisers are needed to finalise a venue?
Depends on venue size — typically 20–30 MSMEs.
14What if the required number is not reached?
You can: Switch to another venue/event, or Receive a full refund of your booking amount.
15How is the exhibition managed amongst co‑organisers?
We handle operations, but co‑organisers have voting rights on: Event theme, Layout, Marketing focus.
16How many days in a year can I book as co‑organiser and which venue?
No limit — you can join as many events as you like, subject to availability.
17What if the venue I want is already full?
You can: Join the waitlist, or Select another venue/date.
18What if I have paid but can’t participate?
You can transfer your spot to another MSME (subject to approval).
19Can I select a single day instead of all days?

20What does “community” mean?
Our community is the network of MSMEs on the platform. The number of co‑organisers per venue changes based on: Venue size, Event type, Target audience.
21After paying ₹100 registration, how quickly can I suggest a venue?
Immediately — you can propose a venue as soon as you’re registered.
22What is a “Venue Proposer”?
A registered member who suggests a venue and leads the effort to gather the required co‑organisers.
23How to become a Venue Proposer?
Register on the platform. Submit your venue proposal. Start inviting co‑organisers.
24How much do I earn as a Venue Proposer?
A fixed bonus or commission per confirmed co‑organiser (amount disclosed in your proposer agreement). .
25What if I can’t complete the required number as a Venue Proposer?
The venue will not be booked, and all booking amounts collected will be refunded.
26How many co‑organisers can I refer?
Minimum: 1 to qualify for referral rewards. Maximum: No limit — the more you refer, the more you earn.
27How is Stall allotment done?
Stall is allotted by lottrey, each co-organiser picks his/her stall number from a box at the venue on day one of the show.
